What does the stone say?

This stone of dedication was given by Iulia Tiberina, wife of centurion Quintus Julius Flavius. The Romans were happy to accept and incorporate the rites of other religions practiced across their empire into their own culture. They appear to have believed that worshipping the oriental goddesses Isis and Cybele is what gave the water and the baths their healing power.
